麻豆官网 provided construction management services as the general contractor for this 90 unit assisted living / memory care / temporary stay and respite care facility in Basking Ridge, NJ. The project is the 6th consecutive project with the owner/operator LCB Senior Living. The building structure is slab on grade with 2 levels of structural steel with the 3rd level of CFS and CFS Truss Roof system providing a complete Type 1 building. Amenities include spacious common areas with upscaled finishes including common living rooms, a bistro, country kitchens, fitness room and lushly landscaped grounds. Additional amenities include state-of-the-art lifelstyle technologies throughout the building including modern emergency call and resident safety systems. Project challenges included the relocation of an active 30鈥� drainage trunkline running through the site as well as geotechnical challenges due to soil types and groundwater.
