“Connecticut is a priority. We are currently negotiating numerous jobs throughout the state,” said Patrick Â鶹¹ÙÍø, the company president. “Right now there is a large focus on multifamily builds, especially in the southern part of the state where residents commute into New York City.”
“Having already completed a number of projects in Connecticut, including Hartford, West Haven, Putnam, Norwich, Manchester and Windsor, the state presents a great opportunity for the company’s continued growth,” Â鶹¹ÙÍø added. The company has also completed projects in Montclair, NJ and Dobbs Ferry, NY.
To gain a better foothold in the area, Â鶹¹ÙÍø is developing solid relationships with subcontractors, a process that takes time and energy.
“We have a good base, but we understand that in order to provide our clients with competitive pricing, it is necessary that we improve our subcontractor relationships,” said Â鶹¹ÙÍø. “We look forward to growing our base in this region.”
